asked hundreds of questions about our dogs, philosophy,
training, feeding program, and other stuff. To

asked of us. This section is just to answer a few of the
common question we come across regarding our dogs:
1.
What do you feed your dogs?
We
feed our dogs Canidae All Life Stages dog food.
This food is ALL natural with NO fillers.
2.
Are your German Shepherds friendly?
Our German Shepherd's temperaments are second to none.
River is one dog in a billion. He
is loved where ever he goes. He loves attention,
and loves to give affection. Asta is very
open once she has befriended you. She is
extremely playful, and cautious (not shy), it is a
direct result of the lineage she has from her genetics.
3.
Do your dogs shed?
Yes! Even the Bullmastiffs shed. Be prepared
if you are wanting to add a German
Shepherd to your life. German Shepherd Dogs shed
(blow their coat) 2 times a year!
Proper grooming is a must and will extend the life of
you dog! German Shepherds also shed
their "Guard" hairs all the year long. Brushing
or combing your GSD will ensure to keep the
hair showing up your floor. You should usually
groom your German Shepherd once or twice
weekly.
4.
How many litters a year does your kennel produce?
We
plan on having only 1-2 litters per year. Both
Bullmastiffs and German Shepherds.
5.
We want to show our BallyRock dog in the show ring.
Will you provide any guidance?
We
have learned a lot about the show ring in the last 2
years and it shows in our dogs!
If you want to show your new BallyRock dog in the show
rings of the C.K.C. or A.K.C. we
will be happy to provide you with all the information,
support, and most of all proper
direction. We provide 24/7 support for all our
dogs in and out of the show rings.
6.
We don't have time to show our new BallyRock dog in the
show ring ourselves. Who
do you recommend?
Without a
doubt the most important thing when handing your beloved
animal over to
someone is ensuring your animal is in a trusting
environment. We have had experience with
handlers and without second guessing we highly
recommend Kathy Adornjan. Feel free to

7.
Are your German Shepherd dogs Schutzhund trainable?
Our German
Shepherd Dogs are TRUE working Dogs. They are
ready for any task put before
them including but not limited to Schutzhund training.
While we emphasize our dogs for
loving home environments, our dogs are more than ready for
Schutzhund.
8.
Do you ship your dogs?
Yes in
special cases we will ship our dogs. First and
foremost is the safety and security of
our BallyRock dogs. We will provide shipping in
an environment that is focused on the
safety, health, and security of our German Shepherds
and Bullmastiffs. We will ship to any
part of the world, Australia, Europe, Asia, South
America, North America, and even Africa.
Equipment, shipping costs are the responsibility of the
new client.
9.
I am wanting a BallyRock dog for protection. Which
is better a Bullmastiff or a GSD?
Our dogs provide more than adequate protection in the
home. Which is better is best
answered when we can understand the environment into
which the dog is going to be
placed. Each breed is better suited to individual
tasks, hence the breed history and
development. Once we know what the needs are we
can place the proper BallyRock
bullmastiff or German Shepherd into your home.
